Papaverine HCl 150 mg/mL, Phentolamine Mesylate 5 mg/mL
5 mL vial (lyophilized)
Bi-Mix is a combination of Papaverine (a vasodilator) and Phentolamine (an alpha blocker).
This combination works synergistically to improve blood flow and support erectile function for many patients. Bi-Mix does not include prostaglandins, which are associated with discomfort in some individuals.
Bi-Mix may be used as an alternative in cases where patients experience discomfort with Tri-Mix.
Papaverine HCl 150 mg/mL, Phentolamine Mesylate 5 mg/mL, Prostaglandin E1 50 mcg/mL 5 mL vial (lyophilized)
Tri-Mix is a combination of Papaverine (vasodilator), Phentolamine (alpha blocker), and Alprostadil (prostaglandin).
These medications work together to enhance blood flow and support strong erectile function. Tri-Mix is one of the most commonly prescribed injection therapies and is often used as a starting option.
This formulation uses a balanced amount of prostaglandin to maximize effectiveness while minimizing the likelihood of discomfort.
